How direct editions, external editions, shipping, and refunds are handled.

74088 sells a mix of direct editions and external editions. This page explains what happens when you order through 74088 directly and what happens when you leave the site for a retailer.

Two sale paths.

Some editions are sold directly by 74088. Others are linked out to Amazon, KDP, Kindle, or another retailer. The sale path determines which policy applies.

Direct vs. external editions

  • Direct editions are sold through 74088’s own checkout flow and follow the policies on this page.
  • External editions are sold by a third-party retailer. Once you leave 74088 for that retailer, that retailer’s pricing, shipping, refund, and delivery rules apply.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. 74088 may cancel or refuse orders affected by inventory problems, listing errors, pricing mistakes, fraud review, or platform/security issues.

Coming soon, pre-release, and sold-out items

  • Items marked coming soon may be listed publicly before purchase is enabled.
  • Items marked sold out remain visible for record/catalog purposes but should not be purchasable.
  • If an item is intentionally sold before release, the product page controls the available formats and timing.

Direct digital delivery

Direct digital editions are delivered through your 74088 account Library after successful purchase confirmation. Download access depends on an active purchase record tied to your account. Do not share or redistribute direct digital files unless the edition explicitly allows it.

Direct physical shipping

When a physical edition is sold directly by 74088, shipping timing depends on stock, production status, and fulfillment. Shipping-required products should list the relevant edition details on the product page when available.

Refunds and returns

  • Direct digital editions: generally non-refundable after files or library access have been delivered, except where required by law or where the file is defective, inaccessible, or materially misdescribed.
  • Direct physical editions: contact 74088 within 14 days of delivery if the order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described.
  • Unshipped direct physical orders: if fulfillment has not begun, 74088 may cancel and refund the order at its discretion.
  • External editions: refunds and returns are handled by the retailer that processed the sale.

Pricing, bundles, and loyalty

Direct-edition pricing, bundle pricing, and availability are controlled on the relevant product page. Loyalty points apply only to eligible direct purchases through 74088 and do not automatically apply to external retailer purchases.
