The Book of Maldocet

A free digital archive documenting repeated public patterns of harm, dehumanization, misinformation, and ethical corrosion.

The Book of Maldocet is a 74088 public record project. It exists to document patterns: repeated statements, actions, policies, campaigns, institutional decisions, or public conduct that produce harm at scale. Entries are reviewed, classified, cited, preserved, and made available for free.

Maldocet

/ˈmæl.dəˌsɛt/

A documented pattern of harmful, corrosive, or dehumanizing public behavior, preserved as part of a broader record rather than treated as an isolated incident.

Patterns are the threshold.

An entry may be considered when the subject demonstrates a repeated, publicly documented pattern rather than a single isolated incident.

Qualifying patterns may include:

  • Public health misinformation
  • Political disinformation
  • Dehumanization
  • Ethical corrosion
  • Institutional abuse
  • Cultural manipulation
  • Public incitement or targeted scapegoating
  • Abuse of public trust
  • Deliberate distortion of documented fact

Single statements may be referenced, but isolated incidents alone do not qualify. The archive is concerned with patterns, reach, repetition, and consequence.

A preserved record, not a performance.

  • A public record
  • A digital archive
  • A citation-based documentation project
  • A free resource
  • A living index of documented patterns

The Book of Maldocet is not a hit list, threat list, harassment tool, or call to action against any person or group. Inclusion in the archive is an editorial and archival classification based on public documentation. The record is preserved for criticism, analysis, historical reference, and public accountability.

Every record carries a permanent number.

Source-based submissions are accepted for review.

The archive accepts public submissions for review. Submissions must include verifiable sources and must describe a repeated pattern rather than a single grievance, rumor, or personal dispute.

Submission requirements:

  • Subject name
  • Subject type
  • Suggested classification
  • Summary of the pattern
  • At least one source URL
  • Explanation of why the pattern qualifies
  • Optional additional sources
  • Submitter email, optional unless follow-up is needed

Submissions without sources should not be accepted. Personal vendettas, private disputes, doxxing, threats, or harassment requests should be rejected. Submitting a record does not guarantee approval. 74088 retains final editorial control over inclusion.

The Book of Maldocet documents publicly available actions, statements, and patterns for archival, critical, and analytical purposes. It does not encourage harassment, threats, violence, doxxing, or targeted abuse. Submissions that include private information, threats, unsupported claims, or personal disputes will be rejected. Inclusion is determined by 74088 editorial review.
