Takedown notice
Send notices to contact@74088.org and include, at minimum:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- Identification of the material on 74088 that you want reviewed or removed, including the exact URL if possible.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with enough information to identify the removed material and explain your position.
Platform response
74088 may remove, disable, or restrict access to material while reviewing complaints, may contact the affected user, and may take additional account or creator-status action in repeat or serious cases.
Repeat infringement
74088 may suspend or terminate accounts or creator access for repeat infringement or repeated abuse of the takedown process.
