These terms apply to creator applications, creator pages, creator-published materials, linked works, and creator-facing customization tools.

What 74088 is protecting.

Creator pages exist to keep authorship visible, preserve voice, and stop public work from getting stripped of context. These terms protect that system.

Eligibility and application

  • Creator access is granted through 74088’s application and owner-approval process.
  • Applicants must provide accurate information and confirm that they are at least 18 years old.
  • Approval is discretionary. A completed application does not guarantee creator status.

Ownership and rights

You keep ownership of the work you create unless another written agreement says otherwise. By publishing or uploading through a creator page, you grant 74088 the non-exclusive right to host, display, index, and distribute that material through the platform as needed to operate the service and present the work publicly.

What you can publish

Creators may publish written work directly on 74088 and may embed allowed external media platforms. You are responsible for making sure you own the work or have the right to share it.

No-AI rule

74088 operates on a strict no-AI policy for creator work. If linked or submitted materials use AI-generated writing, visuals, audio, or related assets, that use must be disclosed and may disqualify publication. Undisclosed AI use may result in creator removal.

Moderation and removal

74088 may remove, hide, unpublish, or restrict creator materials that are unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, abusive, or materially inconsistent with platform rules. Creator status may also be revoked for serious or repeated violations.

Customization and CSS

Creator pages may include layout controls, styling controls, and scoped custom CSS. That freedom exists by design, but it does not permit breaking the shared 74088 navigation, damaging mobile usability, or interfering with platform operation.

Handles and public identity

Creator handles, bios, links, and selected mediums may be displayed publicly once a page is accepted and published. 74088 may reserve or restrict handles that conflict with platform routes, impersonate other parties, or create avoidable confusion.
